Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I walked in and had to wait several minutes for the hostess to even acknowledge me. We were then quoted an hour wait but told it would only be 30 minutes because of the size of our party. We headed to the bar for our wait. I sat at the bar and waited for the bartender for 15 minutes before she took our drink order. Another 15 minutes passed before we were actually served. As our party members arrived we experienced the same awesome service again. FINALLY we were seated, over an hour and a half later. Upon being seated our server asked if wanted seperate ticket. Our group replied yes, we need four. She sighed, rolled her eyes and hastily tore out 4 tickets. We waited forever for our drinks and then continued to wait for refills. When our bills were dropped off, every single check had been over charged. When we brought it to our servers attention she became very defensive and denied her mistake. We tried to explain that the basic math was wrong (my specific check was over charged by alteast $96). We had to track down a manager who had absolutely no clue what was going on or what gratuity was. His response was, "are you looking for a free dinner?" All we wanted was our checks to be corrected so we could pay and leave. Finally when WE corrected our bills using our cell phone calculators, we paid. Our credit cards were gone for almost 15 minutes which made our entire table feel very uncomfortable.I felt discriminated against and would NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!The staff and manager are very shady and never once apologized for their mistake.
